On Tuesday, March 21st, the French Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Korean German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Korea, invite you to a training seminar taught and moderated by professional development expert Vectis.
Whether you are new to a leadership position in Korea, or already settled here, you may wish to find new ways to better integrate into your work environment. The need to enhance two-way communication with your Korean team is an important skill to have, and one that will be covered extensively in this workshop.
In this highly interactive workshop, you will gain practical skills to perform more effectively in your work environment and to take your management and communication abilities in Korea to the next level.

- Managing while keeping the values of Koreans employees in mind
- Applying techniques to receive more feedback and input from employees
- Understanding obstacles to communication and using management practices to enhance two-way communication
- Understanding and managing the different dynamics within 1:1 versus group meetings, and managing silence in group meetings
- Building trust, empathy and psychological safety
- Understanding generational gaps and adjusting to the needs of new generations

INSTRUCTOR
Simon Bureau contributes his 35 years of international business experience, including over two decades in Korea as CEO of Vectis, a leadership communication organization, where he has designed and delivered over 600 workshops.
