Nominations for AustCham Korea’s 2023 Board of Directors Elections are now open!
In accordance with the AustCham constitution and by-laws, Directors step down after two years and may nominate for re-election. A total of nine (9) board positions are up for nomination at the upcoming election.
Nominations for the 2023 Board of Directors will be open until 11:59 PM KST on Friday, December 30, with the election scheduled to occur between Friday, January 6, 2023, and Friday, January 20, 2023. New Directors will formally commence their terms on the day of the Annual General Meeting (scheduled for Monday, March 6, 2023).
AustCham’s success depends on the participation of its members and we welcome nominations from across our membership so that the Board composition represents the interests of all members.
Please, make sure to complete your nomination form before Friday, December 30, 2023.
An independent balloting committee will screen nominations, confirm their validity, oversee the online election process, scrutinise votes and notify members of the results in accordance with the constitution.
