MIA TRADING and Coles Donate Fresh Aussie Produce to Children
On Tuesday, May 17, 2022, AustCham Korea Corporate Member MIA TRADING generously donated boxes of fresh Aussie meat and fruits to Dongmyung Children’s Center to promote healthier food for children.
The MOU signing ceremony was conducted with (pictured) MIA TRADING CEO Mia Hong and Director of the Dongmyung Children’s Center Kwang-Bin Kim.
Due to decreased funds during COVID-19 and price increases of fresh produce, the Children’s Center was experiencing difficulties in sourcing fresh produce to provide healthy and nutritious meals for their children. Thanks to MIA TRADING’s kind donation, in partnership with Coles Group, they were able to support the community with healthier food.
