On Saturday, December 11, AustCham Korea Executive Director Rowan Petz provided opening remarks at the Smart Talents Forum 2021 in COEX Hall, Seoul, which was hosted in hybrid (online and offline) format.

Co-hosted by several Chamber members including KoreaPEN (Korea Practice Enterprises Network), Globalization Partners, and Induk University, the explored the theme of “Securing and Developing Global Talents in the era of Digital Transformation”, with speakers and panels sharing meaningful discussions on developing and recruiting young talents strategically.

The conference delivered valuable information on how different stakeholders in our society, including young talents, corporations, educational institutions, and the government, should deal with the ongoing digital transformation and make strategic decisions to nurture important capabilities necessary for innovation throughout the society.
