Eric has worked as a leadership development & learning expert in the Asia Region and has designed and delivered corporate management leadership development programmes. He has further created learning environments to support senior business leaders and executives in cross-cultural business planning.
Having delivered training and coached people from various parts of the world, Eric understands the importance of cross-cultural communications. He is an expert in facilitating conversations and in-depth discussion and brings the best out of mixed culture groups.
