Mix at Six – July Edition Serves Up a Taste of Australia at Andaz Seoul Gangnam

AustCham Korea was pleased to welcome members and guests to the July edition of Mix at Six, held on Thursday, July 10 at the ever-stylish Andaz Seoul Gangnam. The event brought together the Australia–Korea business community for an evening of vibrant conversation, relaxed networking, and a welcoming atmosphere.

This month’s gathering was proudly sponsored by Sanitarium Health Food Company, the iconic Australian brand behind much-loved products such as Weet-Bix, So Good, and UP&GO. As a pioneer in plant-based nutrition, Sanitarium brought a fresh and healthy flair to the evening — from delicious samples to exciting lucky draw prizes.

The event featured a collaborative menu crafted by the Andaz culinary team, showcasing Sanitarium’s signature ingredients — Weet-Bix and So Good dairy-free milk — in a range of inventive dishes created by Andaz Hotel’s head chef Luca Kim. From Weet-Bix-based crackers with guacamole salsa to Iberico ham croquettes made with a crust of Weet-Bix crumbs, and a “So-Good” affogato welcome drink, the menu offered a creative, plant-forward take on contemporary Australian cuisine.

From first-time visitors to longtime regulars, the evening provided the perfect setting to reconnect, make new connections, and enjoy a flavourful slice of Australia in the heart of Seoul.

AustCham Korea would like to thank Sanitarium for their generous support and General Manager Robert Hamer and the Andaz team for their continued outstanding hospitality.

We look forward to seeing everyone again at the next Mix at Six on Wednesday, August 7!
