Australian Lamb Food Truck Shines at Seoul Food Festival.

On Saturday 31 May, AustCham Korea CEO Rowan Petz and Senior Advisor Jacco Zwetsloot visited the 2025 Seoul Food Festival and stopped by the Australia Clean Lamb Food Truck on Jamsu Bridge. Organised by the Korean office of the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), the event offered a free tasting of lamb mushroom bulgogi with perilla dressing romaine salad — a unique fusion dish crafted by Chef Jung Hyun Lee, official “Lambassador” of Australian Lamb.

Hundreds of eager diners lined up to try the free sampling of Aussie lamb prepared in a Korean way. The dish impressed with its tender Australian lamb and bulgogi-inspired flavours tailored to Korean palates. Crowds gathered not only for the food, but also for the picnic-style atmosphere, live music, giveaways, sticker booth, photo opportunities, and Australia-themed experiences.

AustCham Korea supports initiatives that highlight the premium quality of Australian agricultural exports in Korea, including clean, nutritious lamb raised on open pastures — perfect for both new and seasoned fans of lamb.
