On Friday, October 18th, AustCham Korea had the pleasure of attending an exclusive wine-tasting event at the Andaz Seoul Gangnam, celebrating the listing of Hardy’s wine collection by Accolade Wines. The evening showcased five distinguished wines from Hardy’s, one of Australia’s most renowned wineries.

The selection featured the Hardy’s HRB Shiraz 2019, Eileen Hardy Shiraz 2021, Thomas Hardy Cabernet Sauvignon 2017, Hardy’s HRB Chardonnay 2021, and Eileen Hardy Chardonnay 2023, providing an exceptional tasting experience for wine lovers.

The Jogakbo Kitchen at Andaz Seoul Gangnam curated a special menu to complement the wines. Guests enjoyed gourmet dishes like Big Eye Tuna Carpaccio, Seared Scallops, Oak Grilled Lamb Chop, and Char Grilled Australian Beef Entrecôte. Each dish paired perfectly with the bold flavours of Hardy’s wines, making for an unforgettable evening. The culinary experience concluded with a rich Raspberry Chocolate Cake.
