BREAKFAST FORUM

On may 15 AustCham Korea was honored to host Sen. Conroy and delgates from the KANZ Broadband Summit and Victoria to a very informative and lively breakfast forum on the topic of Broadband Opportunities in Australia and Asia.

During his welcoming remarks from AustCham Chair, Mr. Peter Feltis announced the launch of a Digital Economy Taskforce. After Peter's remarks Ben Way Senior Managing Director at Macquarie Group. briefed the attendees of the current tate of play in the some of the key areas of the Broadband and Digital Media markets in Asia. (please see attached PDF file) Then Sen. Conroy took this theme and looked at how it impacted on the Australian Governmen's stated goal to deliver world-class broadband to Australians.
