The Australian Chamber of Commerce in Korea’s DBIK series with Shin & Kim: ‘Moon’s Labour Laws: Key Employment Policy Changes & Trends Since May 29′.
This breakfast seminar will cover updates on the current labour landscape under the Moon Administration in three aspects of the regulation and the implications.
These aspects will cover the amendment to the Minimum Wage Act, employment obligations (covering sexual harassment claims and annual leave) and conditions of maximum working hours.
The discussion will be led by specialists in Korean labour law providing an informative overview related to employment trends touching on labour audits and eliminating discrimination against non-regular workers.
