AustCham would like to invite you to our very first Artisan Makgeolli Tasting Night with the Sool Company. This small and intimate cultural experience is aimed at showcasing traditional artisan makgeolli.
Guest will be presented with a live makgeolli filtering demonstration before being served freshly brewed makgeolli from a hangari. In addition, the team behind the Sool Company will be on hand to explain Korean sool and the historical meanings associated with its brewing process. Guest will be offered unlimited makgeolli tastings and a small range of traditional anjou style foods.
