The Australian Ambassador to the Republic of Korea, James Choi, is delighted to invite you to join the Australian Embassy in honouring Australia’s national day in Korea – to celebrate contemporary Australia, acknowledge our history and to reflect on the diverse and outstanding contributions of both Australians and Koreans to strengthening the bilateral relationship.
This event offers guests the chance to revel in the excitement of the Australian Open tennis grand slam tournament – to take advantage of an outstanding networking opportunity and to enjoy entertainment by talented musicians and performers from both Australia and Korea. Guests will also be in the running to win some fabulous prizes in our “Lucky Draw”. Prizes include: flights to Australia, Australian Open Grand Slam 2020 tickets and more!

Dress code: Business attire or military informal with ribbons

* Ticket price includes an Australian themed food buffet that will be paired with thoughtfully curated Australian wines from Treasury Wine Estates, a selection of beer from the iconic Australian brewer, Coopers, and refreshing soft drinks from another iconic Australian drinks brand, Bundaberg.
* Once your payment is confirmed, you will be issued you with an email confirmation and QR Code prior to the event. On arrival at the event you will need to present your QR Code (printed or saved on your mobile device) and current photo identification.
* If you are no longer able to make it and would like to send a replacement, you must advise us immediately and we will issue a new QR Code to your replacement. For security purposes, all guests must be registered and have current, corresponding photo identification

Terms & Conditions:
• Pre-payment and pre-registration are essential. No walk-ins permitted. No payments on the day.
• All guests must be registered prior to the Event and must present current photo identification on entry.
• Registrations will close at 5.00 pm, Thursday, 10th January 2019.
• Payment must be made within 72 hours of registration.
• Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by the organiser.
• Please note that photography will be taken throughout the Event and used for marketing and communication purposes. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any concerns or queries.
