What do I need to bring to the Event?
On confirmation of your payment, a QR Code will be emailed to you approximately one week prior to the Event. Please bring your QR Code (printed or saved on your mobile device) and current photo identification. You will be required to present both on entry.
I have registered for the Event but can no longer attend. May I give my ticket to someone else e.g colleague?
If you cannot make it and would like to send a replacement, please contact AustCham. Your ticket will need to be reissued to your replacement. Each guest must be registered. This is for security and safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
I lost OR I did not receive my email confirmation and QR Code, what do I do?
Please contact AustCham (info@austchamkorea.org) and we will reissue this for you.
What is the dress code for the Event?
Business attire or military informal with ribbons.
Is complimentary parking available?
Yes. When you arrive, the staff at the Grand Hyatt will be available to validate your parking. Valet parking is not included.
I do not want my photograph or any video of me taken at the Event, who do I contact?
We will have a professional event photographer / videographer (Welkinlight) at the Event. Please let staff know at the time. You can also contact AustCham ahead of time and relay your concerns.

I would like to send flowers / a gift, what is the procedure?
While the Australian Embassy is extremely grateful for the thought, unfortunately we are unable to accept flowers and gifts on the day of the Event. We can receive your best wishes in writing to the Embassy at 19th Floor Kyobo Building, 1, Jong-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, 03154, Republic of Korea.
